That's why our DeaMor team was elated to partner with ARC Architects on the Roy H. Murphy Community Center for the City of Fircrest in Washington State.
Utilizing Kalwall, the atmosphere now brings light, privacy and connection throughout the entirety of the space - including an exercise and meditation room. This LEED Silver Certified building provides even and glare-free daylighting for a wide variety of community classes, activities and events for all ages.
Hear it from ARC Principal and Project Lead, Emily Wheeler, who states: "Kalwall is a great product to diffuse natural daylighting in natatoriums and gymnasiums. At Fircrest Community Center we used Kalwall to control daylighting in the gymnasium as well as the fitness & yoga space. The Kalwall also allows natural daylighting without the concern of views from outside– so people can exercise and mediate in a calm, serene space."
